基于数字化远程血压监测平台的高血压健康管理方案在原发性高血压患者中的应用

Application of hypertension health management plan based on digital remote blood pressure monitoring platform in patients with essential hypertension

目的 探讨基于数字化远程血压监测平台的高血压健康管理方案在原发性高血压患者中的应用。方法 选取2022年1月至12月四川大学华西医院心脏内科收治的100例原发性高血压患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与管理组,各50例。对照组接受常规健康管理方案,管理组接受基于数字化远程血压监测平台的健康管理方案,两组均管理3个月。比较两组管理前后血压水平、生活质量及服药依从性。结果 管理后,两组收缩压、舒张压水平低于管理前,且管理组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后,两组生活质量量表评分均高于管理前,且管理组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后,两组服药依从性量表评分高于管理前,且管理组高于干预组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对原发性高血压患者应用基于数字化远程血压监测平台的健康管理方案可有效帮助患者控制血压、提高服药依从性,对提高患者生活质量有重要意义。

Objective To explore the application of hypertension health management plan based on digital remote blood pressure monitoring platform in patients with essential hypertension.Methods A total of 100 patients with primary hypertension admitted to the Department of Cardiology of West China Hospital of Sichuan University from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected.They were divided into control group and management group using a random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Control group received a routine health management plan,while management group received a health management plan based on a digital remote blood pressure monitoring platform.Both groups were managed for three months.Blood pressure,quality of life,and medication compliance were compared between the two groups before and after management.Results After management,the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were lower than those before management,and the management group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the quality of life scale scores of both groups were higher than those before management,and the management group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the score of medication compliance scale in the two groups were higher than those before management,and the management group was higher than the intervention group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health management plan based on digital remote blood pressure monitoring platform for essential hypertension patients can effectively help patients control blood pressure,and improve medication compliance,which is of great significance for improving patients’quality of life.
