PDCA循环式护理对肛瘘手术后患者的影响

The Effects of PDCA Cycle Nursing on Pain Degree,Self-care Ability and SleepQuality of Patients after Anal Fistula Surgery

目的:探究戴明环(PDCA)循环式护理对肛瘘手术后患者疼痛程度、自我护理能力及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年3月至2023年3月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的肛瘘患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组行常规护理,观察组运用PDCA循环式护理,比较2组的疼痛程度、自我护理能力和睡眠质量。结果:2组术后6 h的疼痛程度无显著性差异,观察组术后12 h、术后24 h、术后48 h的疼痛评分均小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。2组护理后的各项自我护理能力评分均大于护理前,观察组护理后的各项自我护理能力评分均大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。2组护理后的睡眠质量评分均显著小于护理前,观察组护理后的各项睡眠质量评分均小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对肛瘘手术患者实施PDCA循环式护理既有利于减轻患者的疼痛程度,提高其自护能力,又可以改善患者的睡眠质量,更有利于促进患者身体功能的恢复,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effects of PDCA circulating nursing on pain degree,self-care ability and sleep quality of patients after anal fistula surgery.Methods:A total of 80 patients with anal fistula who were operated in the People′s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the main objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received PDCA circular nursing.The pain degree,self-care ability and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups at 6 h after surgery.The pain scores of the observation group at 12 h,24 h and 48 h after surgery were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P s<0.05).The scores of self-care ability after care in both groups were higher than before care,and the scores of self-care ability after care in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,showing statistical significance(P s<0.05).Sleep quality scores of patients after care in both groups were significantly lower than before care,and all sleep quality scores of the observation group after care were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P s<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA circular nursing for patients with anal fistula surgery can not only reduce the pain degree of patients and improve their self-care ability,but also improve the sleep quality of patients,and promote the recovery of patients′physical functions,which is worthy of popularization and application.
