大中小学英雄观教育一体化:价值、挑战与路径

摘要 一个有希望的民族不能没有英雄,一个有前途的国家不能没有先锋。加快推进大中小学英雄观教育一体化建设,对于提高各学段立德树人实效、加强校园精神文明建设、激发中华民族伟大复兴的磅礴伟力具有重要价值。当前,大中小学英雄观教育存在目标层次不清晰、课程内容衔接不到位、教育资源利用不充分等问题,需要以学生身心发展规律为指引,通过构建适龄化育人目标体系、灵活设置递进式课程内容、加强多元主体的协同联动等方式,真正推动大中小学英雄观教育一体化高质量发展。 A nation with promise cannot do without heroes,and a country with prospect cannot do without pioneers.Therefore,it is of great value to accelerate the integration of heroism education in primary and secondary schools as well as tertiary institutions,for the improvement of the effectiveness of cultivating morality and talents,the construction of campus spiritual civilization,and for the stimulation of the great power for the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.At present,there are problems in the education of heroism in primary and secondary schools as well as tertiary institutions,such as unclear goals,inadequate curriculum connection,and inadequate utilization of educational resources.It is necessary to follow the rules of students’physical and mental development to truly promote the integration and high-quality development of heroism education in primary and secondary schools as well as tertiary institutions by building an age-appropriate education goal system,setting progressive curriculum content flexibly,and strengthening multi-faceted collaboration.
