摘要
在高温高压反应釜和电化学工作站模拟研究了Q345R钢在不同温度、不同CO_(2)和H_(2)S分压中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:温度升高,化学反应速率加快,平均腐蚀速率增大;在20℃和50℃时,H_(2)S和CO_(2)均有较高的溶解度,溶液的pH值较低,随着CO_(2)/H_(2)S浓度的增加,Q345R钢的均匀腐蚀速率明显增加。微观形貌和XRD分析表明,Q345R钢的腐蚀以H_(2)S占主导作用。
The corrosion behavior of Q345R steel at different temperatures,CO_(2)and H_(2)S partial pressure ratios was simulated by hightemperature and highpressure reactor and electrochemical workstation.The results show that the average corrosion rate increases as the temperature increases.At the temperature of 20℃and 50℃,both CO_(2)and H_(2)S have greater solubility,and the solution has a lower pH value,therefore,with the increase of CO_(2)/H_(2)S concentration,the uniform corrosion rate of Q345R steel increases significantly.The results of microscopic morphology and XRD analysis showed that H_(2)S corrosion was dominant.
