摘要
耐火材料是保障钢铁生产安全以及增效提质的重要基石。在现代钢铁冶金生产中,对耐火材料提出了更高的标准,包括能够抵御更高温度、更强烈的化学侵蚀以及更严重的机械破坏。只有适配高品质的耐火材料,高端钢材的先进生产流程和创新技术才能得到有效保证。综述了不同耐火材料抗侵蚀性能优化以及钢包耐火材料侵蚀机理,提出新型耐火材料的研发需要在原料组分选择和结构匹配设计上出发,以及表面涂层技术的应用,旨在提高钢包用耐火材料在高温、腐蚀性环境中的稳定性和寿命。
Refractory materials are an important guarantee for the safe production and quality improvement of the iron and steel industry.Modern steel metallurgy production processes require high-quality refractory materials that can withstand higher temperatures,more intense chemical erosion,and more severe mechanical damage.Only with the support of suitable high-quality refractory materials can the new process flow and new technologies for the production of advanced steels be more guaranteed.This paper reviews the optimization of different refractory materials'erosion resistance and the erosion mechanism of ladle refractory materials.The development of new refractory materials needs to start with the selection of raw material components and structural matching design,as well as the application of surface coating technology,aimed at improving the stability and lifespan of refractory materials used in ladles under high-temperature and corrosive environments.
