摘要
不透性石墨材料是不均质的、各向异性的材料,目前国内在不透性石墨材料导热系数测定方面研究较少,现行的相关标准大多是针对于低导热系数的各向同性均质材料或不含碳、不导电的材料。本文通过对比稳态平板法、平面热源法、比较法3种方法对不透性石墨材料导热系数的测定结果,提出了比较法是最佳的方法,该法操作便捷,重复性高,相对偏差较小,可以在行业内推广使用。
Impermeable graphite materials are heterogeneous and anisotropic materials.Currently, there is little research on the measurement of thermal conductivity of impermeable graphite materials in China.The current relevant standards mostly focus on isotropic homogeneous materials with low thermal conductivity or materials without carbon or conductivity.This article compares the measurement results of the thermal conductivity of impermeable graphite materials using three methods: steady-state plate method, planar heat source method, and comparison method.It is proposed that the comparison method is the best one, which is easy to operate, has high repeatability, and has small relative deviation, and can be promoted and used in the industry.
