基于图片矢量化处理的图像浮雕加工技术

摘要 针对现有图像浮雕加工技术在加工产品时出现的图形轮廓线条不连续、加工效果不佳的问题,提出一种图片矢量化处理的图像浮雕加工技术。首先,采用专业的矢量化软件对图片进行矢量化处理,得到连贯的图形轮廓线条;然后,将处理好的图片进行图像浮雕加工;最后,基于r2v软件处理的矢量化图片,采用CAXA制造工程师软件进行实际的图像浮雕加工仿真。通过仿真实验验证了该方法能较好地解决图像浮雕加工中图形轮廓线条不连续的问题。 Aiming at the problem of discontinuous contour lines and poor processing effect in the existing image relief processing technology during product processing,a picture vectorization processing image relief processing technology is proposed.Firstly,professional vectorization sofware is used to vectorize the picture and obtain coherent graphic contour lines.Then,perform image relief processing on the processed images.Finally,based on the vectorized images processed by r2v software,the actual image relief processing simulation was carried out using CAXA manufacturing engineer software.The simulation experiment has verified that the method can effectively solve the problem of discontinuous contour lines in image relief processing.
