摘要
针对传统地铁车站明挖法施工占地面积大、影响交通等问题,文中对车站出入口明挖段采用倒挂井壁法施工技术进行了研究,以北京房山北线02标首经贸站为案例,通过对倒挂井壁技术原理的分析,探讨了该技术施工关键要点和技术控制措施,重点分析了A号出入口倒挂井壁具体施工流程,并对施工效果进行了三方面的分析。研究表明,倒挂井壁法施工场地占用小,经济费用少,地层扰动小,土体更为坚固,对周边建筑和地下管线的影响小。该技术的成功应用,可为类似场地受限和临近重要建筑物出入口明挖段工程提供借鉴。
In view of the problems of the traditional subway station cut and cover construction,such as large area and great influence on traffic,the construction technology of the open-cut section at the entrance and exit of the station using the upside-down shaft wall method is studied.Taking Beijing Fangshan North Line 02 Bid Head Economic and Trade Station as the research background,through the analysis of the principle of upside-down shaft lining technology,the key technology and technical control measures of this technology construction are studied.This paper focuses on the analysis of the concrete construction process of the upside-down shaft lining of No.A entrance and exit,and analyzes the construction effect from three aspects.The research shows that the upside-down shaft lining method has the advantages of small occupation of construction site,less economic cost,less stratum disturbance,stronger soil and less influence on surrounding buildings and underground pipelines.The successful application of this technology provides valuable engineering reference for similar open-cut projects with limited site and near important buildings.
