双作用多级钛/铝复合液压缸的轻量化设计及校核 被引量:1

摘要 对一般脱轨事故的动车车辆实施顶复作业是一种常用的救援方法,对于顶复作业,液压起复机具是技术关键,其中液压缸是主要的支撑设备。为解决铁路救援设备液压缸重量大、携带不便等问题,设计了一种双作用多级钛/铝复合液压缸。在保证液压缸安全前提下,与原有液压缸重量作对比,通过轻量化设计后对比发现钛/铝复合液压缸缸体重量从29.5 kg降至21.9 kg,减重可达25.7%,且应力分布、材料利用率、液压缸耐腐蚀性能、耐磨性等指标均优于纯钛合金液压缸。对液压缸的轻量化开发不但提升铁路救援便捷性和效率,还为液压缸设计和制造水平开拓了新视野,更符合市场需求。 Jacking operation is a commonly used rescue method for high-speed trains in general derailment accidents.The hydraulic lifting equipment for the top lifting operation is the key technology,and the hydraulic cylinder is the main supporting equipment.To solve the problems of heavy weight and inconvenient carrying of hydraulic cylinders in railway rescue equipment,a double acting multi-stage titanium/aluminum composite oil cylinder has been designed.On the premise of ensuring the safety of the oil cylinder,a comparison was made on the weight of the original oil cylinder.It was found that the weight of the titanium/aluminum composite oil cylinder body decreased from 29.5 kg to 21.9 kg,with a weight reduction of up to 25.7%.Moreover,the stress distribution,material utilization,corrosion resistance,and wear resistance of the oil cylinder were all better than those of pure titanium alloy oil cylinders.The lightweight development of hydraulic cylinders not only improves the convenience and efficiency of railway rescue,but also opens up new perspectives for the design and manufacturing level of hydraulic cylinders,which is more in line with market demand.
