摘要
军队院校为适应我军新时期变革的需要,对培养高素质新型军事医学人才提出了更高标准。军队《营养与食品卫生学》作为军事预防医学营养专业的一门核心课程,教学工作也必须进行相应改革。文章以空军军医大学营养与食品卫生学教学改革为例,立足于国家“两性一度”标准金课建设目标,即通过营养与食品卫生课程教学内容的“高阶性”、教学方法的“创新性”、授课及考核方式的“挑战度”,并结合当前军校人才培养需求及特点,总结了健康教育与管理教研室进行《营养与食品卫生学》校级精品课程建设的经验和体会,使其紧密贴合“两性一度”的课程建设标准,期望通过针对营养与食品卫生学教学改革探索为提升军队院校教学效果及部队院校一流课程的建设提供借鉴和参考。
In order to meet the needs of the new period of change in our army,military colleges and universities have put forward higher standards for the training of new types of high-quality military medical personnel.As a core course in military preventive medicine,the teaching of nutrition and food hygiene must be reformed accordingly.Taking the teaching reform of nutrition and food hygiene as an example,based on the goal of“high-level,innovative and challenging”standard gold course,through the“highorder”teaching content of nutrition and food hygiene courses,the“innovation”of teaching methods,the“challenge”of teaching and assessment methods,and combined with the current needs and characteristics of military academy talent training,the article build a high-quality course in nutrition and food hygiene that conforms to the concept of“high-level,innovative and challenging”.It is hoped that through this teaching reform research,it will provide reference for improving the teaching effect of military academies and universities and the construction of first-class courses in military academies and universities.
