摘要
针对仅以用电量数据评估产能利用缺乏全面性的问题,结合电力大数据与关键经济指标,提出一套综合的产能利用指数指标体系及其计算模型。该指标体系包含产业规模、技术效率和增长趋势。利用总用电量、峰谷用电数据揭示了企业的生产规模和市场份额;通过用电效率、设备电耗等指标展现企业的技术现代化水平;从用电增长率、新设备电力接入速度及用电结构变化等方面,评估企业发展势头。研究成果不仅为政府提供工业稳定增长分析依据,也为电力公司在供需分析、产能监测、能源管理等方面提供决策支持,有助于推动工业向更优化和高效的方向发展。
In view of the lack of comprehensiveness in capacity utilization evaluation based on power consumption data only,a comprehensive capacity utilization index system and its calculation model are proposed by combining power big data with other key economic indicators.The index system includes industry size,technical efficiency and growth trend.The production scale and market share of the enterprise are revealed by the data of total electricity consumption and peak and valley electricity consumption.Show the technical modernization level of the enterprise through the indicators of power efficiency and equipment power consumption;Evaluate the development momentum of enterprises from the aspects of electricity consumption growth rate,power access speed of new equipment and changes in electricity consumption structure.The research results not only provide the government with the basis for the analysis of stable industrial growth,but also provide decision-making support for power companies in the aspects of supply and demand analysis,capacity monitoring,energy management,etc.,and help promote the development of the industry to a more optimized and efficient direction.
