研究生数据素养对科研创新能力的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 数据素养是研究生开展学术研究的关键,是培养研究生科研创新能力的基础。本研究以硕士研究生为对象,运用结构方程模型(SEM)展开实证研究,构建研究生数据素养对科研创新能力的影响模型。结果表明:(1)研究生数据素养5个变量对科研创新能力产生正向显著的影响;(2)数据分析应用能力和数据获取能力对研究生科研素养具有较强的正向影响效应,影响系数分别为0.63和0.57;(3)数据处理能力(0.36)和数据意识(0.25)对研究生的科研创新能力具有较弱的正向影响效应。根据研究结果,提出如下建议:构建意识驱动、数据实践、伦理守门三位一体的培养引导机制;塑造学校数据文化,构建完善的数据素养课程体系;完善数据资源设施,优化研究生科研创新平台等重要建议,促进研究生数据素养和科研创新能力提升。 Data literacy is the key for postgraduates to carry out academic research and the basis for cultivating their scientific research and innovation ability.Taking postgraduates as the object,the research uses structural equation model(SEM)to conduct empirical research,and constructs an influence model of postgraduates'data literacy on research and innovation ability.The results show that:(1)the five variables of postgraduate data literacy have a positive effect and significant impact on their research and innovation ability:(2)Data analysis application ability and data acquisition ability have a strong positive effect on postgraduates"research literacy,with the influence coefficients of 0.63 and 0.57,respectively.(3)Data processing ability(0.36)and data awareness(0.25)have a weak positive effect on postgraduates'research and innovation ability.According to the results,the following suggestions are put forward:to construct a"three-combinations"training and guidance mechanism of awareness-driven,data practice and ethical gatekeeping;to shape the school data culture to build a perfect data literacy curriculum system;to improve data resource facilities and optimize postgraduates scientific research innovation platform as well as other essential suggestions to accelerate postgraduates'data literacy and research and innovation abilities.
