四逆散治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果及对震动感觉阈值的影响

Effect of Sini powder in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy and its influence on vibration perception threshold

目的 研究四逆散治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果及对震动感觉阈值(VPT)的影响。方法 纳入2018年3月至2023年3月我院收治的80例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规治疗(甲钴胺联合依帕司他),观察组在此基础上加用四逆散治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)水平及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的中医证候积分、多伦多临床评分系统(TCSS)评分均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的VPT显著降低,臂踝指数(ABI)显著升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 四逆散治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果显著,可缓解患者的临床症状,调节血糖水平,修复受损神经功能,具有较高安全性。

Objective To study the effect of Sini powder in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy and its influence on vibration perception threshold(VPT).Methods Eighty patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2023 were included and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment(mecobalamine combined with epalrestat),and the observation group was treated with Sini powder on this basis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial glucose(2 h PG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in both groups significantly decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score and Toronto Clinical Scoring System(TCSS)score of both groups significantly decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VPT significantly decreased and ankle-brachial index(ABI)significantly increased in both groups,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sini powder in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy has significant effect,which can alleviate clinical symptoms of patients,regulate blood sugar level,repair damaged nerve function,with a high safety.
