基于DEMATEL-ISM的绿色建筑推广发展影响因素研究

Research on the Factors Influencing the Promotion andDevelopment of Green Buildings Based on DEMATEL-ISM

绿色建筑的推广发展是我国实现绿色转型发展的关键。为探索绿色建筑推广发展的影响因素,通过文献研究与专家访谈的方式确定主要影响因素,采用DEMATEL-ISM方法对影响绿色建筑发展的因素进行研究分析。通过构建绿色建筑推广发展的多层递阶结构模型,确定了相关财政激励政策和绿色建筑宣传力度为根本影响因素。最后根据研究结果,从政策、经济、社会、技术等方面提出发展对策。

The promotion and development of green buildings is the key to China's green transformation and development.In order to explore the influencing factors of the promotion and development of green buildings,this paper determines the main influencing factors through literature research and expert interviews,and uses the DEMATEL-ISM method to study and analyze the factors affecting the development of green buildings.By constructing a multi-layer hierarchical structure model for the promotion and development of green buildings,the relevant financial incentive policies and green building publicity were identified as the fundamental influencing factors.Finally,based on the research results,development countermeasures are proposed from the aspects of policy,economy,society and technology.
