摘要
目的:优选肺热普清配方中水溶性有效成分的提取工艺。方法:采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验法优选提取工艺,以干浸膏得率、羟基红花黄色素A转移率、乙酸乙酯萃取粗品得率为指标,考察加水倍数、提取时间、提取次数3个因素对提取工艺的影响。结果:优选的最佳工艺为加12倍水,提取3次,每次1 h。结论:优选的工艺稳定可靠,有效成分转移率高。
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of water-soluble active ingredients in the formula of Lotse Kunsel.Methods:The yield of dry extract,the transfer rate of hydroxysafflower yellow A and the yield of solid content extracted by ethyl acetate were used as indexes.The effects of water addition ratio,extraction time and extraction times on the extraction process were investigated.L_(9)3^(4) orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction process.Results:The best process was to add 12 times of water and extract three times for 1 hour each.Conclusion:The optimized process is stable and reliable and the transfer rate of active ingredients is high.
