摘要
高等教育国际化水平是衡量高等教育办学质量的一个重要标识,国际化评价事关高等教育办学目标和方向。中国高等教育国际化实践经历了从低层次到高层次、从单领域到多维度、从学习合作到引领贡献的发展历程,已形成了多元化的大学国际化评价指标体系,为高等教育国际化评价贡献了中国智慧和中国经验。我国的相关研究起步较晚,研究范式“思辨色彩”明显,实证研究稍显薄弱。大部分研究缺乏适切的理论支撑,对中国本土特色观照尚显不足。新时代教育评价改革背景下,应增加理论研究与培养实践的关联;开展实证研究,加强动态监测平台开发应用,丰富国际化评价指标体系内涵,彰显中国特色指标。
The internationalization level of higher education is an important indicator for measuring the quality of higher education,and international evaluation is related to the goals and directions of higher education.The internationalization practice of Chinese higher education has gone through a development process from low to high levels,from single field to multi-dimensional,from learning cooperation to leading contribution,and has formed a diversified evaluation index system for university internationalization,contributing Chinese wisdom and experience to the internationalization evaluation of higher education.The relevant research in China started relatively late,with a clear research paradigm of"speculative color"and slightly weak empirical research.Most studies lack appropriate theoretical support,and there is still a lack of attention to the local characteristics of China.In the context of educational evaluation reform in the new era,it is necessary to increase the correlation between theoretical research and training practice;Conduct empirical research,strengthen the development and application of dynamic monitoring platforms,enrich the connotation of the international evaluation index system,and highlight indicators with Chinese characteristics.
