三元联动护理模式在精神分裂症患者康复期的应用效果

Application Effect of Ternary Linkage Nursing Mode in Schizophrenic Patients During Convalescent Period

目的:分析三元联动护理模式在精神分裂症患者康复期的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2021年6月某三级甲等精神病专科医院封闭管理科收治的90名精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,采用单双号抽签法分为对照组(n=46)和试验组(n=44)。对照组采用常规护理,试验组实施三元联动护理模式。比较两组社会功能缺陷情况、精神分裂症症状严重程度。结果:护理前,两组社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理1、3、6个月后,两组SDSS评分低于护理前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理1、3、6个月后,两组BPRS评分低于护理前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三元联动护理模式在精神分裂症患者康复期的应用效果显著,能够促进患者社会功能的恢复,减轻精神分裂症症状。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of ternary linkage nursing mode in the patients with schizophrenia during convalescent period.Methods:A total of 90 patients with schizophrenia admitted to the closed management department of a tertiary psychiatric hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=46)and the experimental group(n=44)by odd-even lottery method.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group implemented ternary linkage nursing mode.The social disability and schizophrenia symptom severity were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1,3 and 6 months of nursing,the SDSS scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1,3 and 6 months of nursing,the BPRS scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ternary linkage nursing mode in the patients with schizophrenia during convalescent period has significant effects,and can promote the recovery of social function and alleviate the symptoms of schizophrenia.
