氟西汀联合健康教育治疗酒精依赖戒断后情感障碍的效果

Effect of Fluoxetine Combined With Health Education for Affective Disorders After Alcohol Dependence Withdrawal

目的探讨酒精依赖戒断后情感障碍治疗中氟西汀联合健康教育的临床效果。方法选择2020年5月—2023年5月岳阳市康复医院收治的酒精依赖戒断后情感障碍患者80例为研究对象。采用随机数表法分为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组给予氟西汀治疗,研究组给予氟西汀联合健康教育治疗。比较2组的临床效果。应用焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)得分对比焦虑、抑郁情绪变化情况。结果研究组总有效率(97.50%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组SAS、SDS量表得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组SAS、SDS量表得分均比治疗前降低,且研究组得分少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氟西汀联合健康教育在酒精依赖戒断后情感障碍治疗中应用临床效果显著,可以减轻患者负性情绪,表得分有较高的治疗价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of fluoxetine combined with health education in the treatment of emotional disorders after alcohol dependence withdrawal.Methods From May 2020 to May 2023,a total of 80 patients at Yueyang Rehabilitation Hospital with alcohol dependence postwithdrawal affective disorder were selected as the study objects,and divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Control group received fluoxetine treatment,the study group was given fluoxetine combined with health education therapy.The clinical effect was compared.Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the self-rating depression scale(SDS)score was compared with the changes of anxiety and depression.Results The total effective rate of the research group(97.50%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,both SAS and SDS scales in the two groups showed a decrease in scores compared to before treatment,and the reduction in scores in the study group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fluoxetine combined with health education has significant clinical effect in the treatment of emotional disorders after alcohol dependence withdrawal,which can reduce negative emotions of patients,and can have high therapeutic value.
