摘要
文章采用顶空-气相色谱法(HS-GC)对潜在的残留溶剂甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、异丙醇、二氯甲烷、正己烷、乙酸乙酯、异丁醇、乙酸异丙酯、正丁醇、甲苯、乙酸正丁酯、对间二甲苯、邻二甲苯、苯等进行了分析测试。该方法用DB-624(30 m×0.25 mm,1.8μm)色谱柱进行分离,氢火焰离子化检测器,采用优化条件,分流比20∶1,载气流速为1.5 mL/min,样品平衡温度为100℃,顶空平衡时间为30 min,能够使14种溶剂完全分离,各目标物相关系数均在0.999以上,测试结果检出限在0.001~0.004 mg/m2之间,样品加标回收率介于87.05%~114.07%范围内,RSD为3.16%~6.60%。该方法操作简便,重现性好,是对国标方法的完善补充,可用于塑料类快递封装用品中溶剂残留量的日常检测,为其质量监控提供可靠依据。
The potential residual solvents methanol,ethanol,acetone,isopropyl alcohol,dichloromethane,n-hexane,ethyl acetate,isobutanol,isopropyl acetate,n-butanol,toluene,n-butyl acetate,p-xylene,o-xylene,benzene,etc were analyzed and tested by headspace gas chromatography(HS-GC).The method was separated by DB-624(30 m×0.25 mm,1.8μm)chromatographic column,hydrogen flame ionization detector,optimized conditions,split ratio of 20∶1.The flow rate of carrier gas was 1.5 mL/min,the equilibrium temperature of chromatographic column samples was 100℃,and the headspace equilibrium time was 30 min.The 14 solvents could be completely separated,the correlation coefficients of each object were above 0.999,and the detection limit of test results was between 0.001 and 0.004 mg/m2.The recoveries ranged from 87.05%to 114.07%,and the RSD ranged from 3.16%to 6.60%.The method is easy to operate and has good reproducibility.It is a perfect supplement to the national standard method,and can be used for the daily detection of residual solvent in plastic express packages,providing a reliable basis for quality control.
