人工流产术后停经适时宫腔镜检查对宫腔粘连的预防价值

The preventive value of timely hysteroscopic examination for intrauterine adhesions after induced abortion and cessationofmenstruation

目的探究人工流产术后停经预防宫腔粘连过程中适时开展宫腔镜检查的价值。方法选取12例人工流产术后停经患者为研究对象,均实施宫腔镜检查,依照停经时间分为两组,各6例。A组为人工流产术后<60d依然停经患者;B组为人工流产术后>60d依然停经患者。比较两组宫腔粘连情况。结果B组宫腔粘连Ⅲ级及以上占比高于A组(P<0.05)。结论人工流产术后停经适时开展宫腔镜检查,有助于早期发现和有效管理宫腔粘连,可以降低中重度宫腔粘连发生率,减轻其不利影响。

Objective To explore the value of timely hysteroscopy examination in preventing intrauterine adhesions after induced abortion.Methods 12 patients with amenorrhea after artificial abortion were selected as the study subjects,all of whom underwent hysteroscopy examination,They were divided into two groups based on the time of amenorrhea,with 6 cases in each group.Group A is a group of patients who stll experience amenorrhea after induced abortion for less than 60 days,Group B is a group of patients who still experience amenorrhea after artificial abortion for more than 60 days.Compare the adhesions in the uterine cavity between two groups.Results The proportion of grade II or above uterine adhesions in group B was higher than that in group A(P<o.o5).Conclusion Timely hysteroscopy examination after induced abortion can help detect and effectively manage intrauterine adhesions in the early stage,reduce the incidence of moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions,and alleviate their adverse effects.
