少腹逐瘀汤联合黄体酮对子宫内膜息肉患者宫腔镜术后复发的影响

Effects of Shaofuzhuyu decoction combined with progesterone on recurrence after hysteroscopic surgery in patients with endometrial polyps

目的探究少腹逐瘀汤联合黄体酮对子宫内膜息肉患者宫腔镜术后复发的影响。方法选取60例子宫内膜息肉患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。所有患者均行宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术治疗,对照组术后月经来潮后第15天服用黄体酮胶囊,研究组在对照组基础上联合少腹逐瘀汤治疗。对比两组临床疗效、炎症因子水平及复发率。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。相比对照组,研究组治疗后白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-6(IL-6)及干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、复发率均较低(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术后患者应用少腹逐瘀汤联合黄体酮治疗效果显著,有助于改善机体炎症反应,降低复发率,安全可靠,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Shaofuzhuyu decoction combined with progesterone on the recurrence of endometrial polyps after hysteroscopic surgery.Methods 60 patients with endometrial polyps were selected and divided into two groups(30 cases each)according to random number table method.All patients were treated with hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy.The control group was treated with progesterone capsules on the 15th day after menstruation.The study group was treated with Shaofuzhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of the control group 70.00%(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the recurrence rates of interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interferon-(IFN-)were lower in the study group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion After hysteroscopic endometrial polyp resection,the treatment of Shaofuzhuyu decoction combined with progesterone has significant effect,which can help improve the inflammatory response of the body and reduce the recurrence rate,and is safe and reliable,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
