摘要
顺北油气田位于塔克拉玛干沙漠腹地,位置荒凉偏远、自然环境极其恶劣、油气井安全管控风险高、生产任务繁重,现代油公司管理模式下,干部员工队伍人员高度精简、构成复杂。由此,中国石化西北油田分公司采油四厂探索创新“三四五”思想政治工作法,面对三类人群,建立四项机制,实施“五心”工程,确保队伍和谐稳定、士气始终高昂,助力油气产量任务圆满完成。
The Shunbei Oil and Gas Field,located in the hinterland of the Taklimakan Desert,features a desolate and remote location with an extremely harsh natural environment.The oil and gas wells are high-risk areas with safety control challenges,and the production tasks are heavy.Under the modern management model of oil companies,where cadre and staff composition is highly streamlined yet complex,the Fourth Oil Production Plant of the Northwest Oil Field Branch of SINOPEC explored and innovated the'Three Four Five'ideological and political work method,establishing four mechanisms tailored to three groups of people,implementing the‘Five Hearts'project to ensure team harmony and high morale,thus supporting the successful completion of the oil and gas production task.
