摘要
【目的】研究矿物掺合料对海水海砂水泥砂浆抗压性能与游离氯离子固化性能的影响。【方法】通过四水平三因素正交试验,研究水胶比、粉煤灰相对掺量、矿粉相对掺量对海水海砂砂浆立方体抗压强度、游离氯离子固化率的影响。通过方差分析研究3因素对立方体抗压强度、游离氯离子固化率的显著程度,通过极差分析得到3因素的影响规律。【结果】相较于基准砂浆,FAGGBS/海水海砂砂浆立方体的抗压强度最大提升幅度为14.4%。通过客观赋权法获得最佳配合比方案为SSM5试验组。【结论】合理掺入矿物掺合料能优化海水海砂水泥砂浆的性能。
[Purposes]This paper aims to study the effect of mineral admixtures on the compressive properties and free chloride ion curing properties of seawater sea sand cement mortar.[Methods]Through the orthogonal experiment of 4 levels and 3 factors,the effects of water-binder ratio,relative content of fly ash and relative content of mineral powder on the cube compressive strength and free chloride ion curing rate of seawater sea sand mortar were studied.The significance of the three factors on the cube compressive strength and free chloride ion curing rate was studied by variance analysis,and the influence law of the three factors was obtained by range analysis.[Findings]Compared with the reference mortar,the cube compressive strength of FA-GGBS/seawater sea sand mortar increased by 14.4%.Through the objective weighting method,the best mix ratio scheme is obtained,and it is found that this scheme is the SSM5 experimental group.[Conclusions]Reasonable incorporation of mineral admixtures can optimize the performance of seawater sea sand cement mortar.
