化学法回收PET合成及性能研究

摘要 选用经化学法回收提纯的苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(r-BHET)为原料,合成了不同r-BHET加量的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),考察了r-BHET的加入对性能的影响。结果表明,r-BHET的加入使PET切片颜色偏暗黄,力学性能与原生PET相当,热性能略优于原生PET,在此基础上进一步探究了催化剂、稳定剂、红蓝剂对100%r-BHET所得PET色度的影响。 This article synthesized polyethylene terephthalate(PET)with different amounts of r-BHET added,using chemically recovered and purified ethylene glycol phthalate(r-BHET)as raw material.The effect of r-BHET addition on performance was investigated.The results showed that the addition of r-BHET resulted in a darker yellow color in PET slices;The mechanical properties are equivalent to those of native PET;The thermal performance is slightly better than that of native PET.Meanwhile,based on this,the effects of catalysts,stabilizers,and red blue agents on the chromaticity of PET obtained from 100%r-BHET were further investigated.
