摘要
破碎机在矿山、建材、冶金、化工等领域应用广泛,转子是破碎机的核心部件。对PFQ型破碎机的转子进行了设计,确定了转子的关键参数。对PFQ型破碎机的主轴进行弯扭合成强度校核和刚度校核,并且进行疲劳强度分析和结构优化。通过优化,改善了局部应力集中情况,同时使主轴质量减小11.3%。
The crusher is widely used in mining,building material,metallurgy,chemical industry and other fields,and the rotor is the core component of the crusher.The rotor of the PFQ crusher was designed,and the key parameter of the rotor was determined.The bending torsional combined strength and stiffness of the main shaft of the PFQ crusher were checked,and the fatigue strength analysis and structural optimization were carried out.Through optimization,the local stress concentration was improved,and the spindle mass was reduced by 11.3%at the same time.
