新时代提升高校心理育人成效的落实机制探析

摘要 提升心理育人成效是强化大学生思政教育背景下高校必须落实的一项重要而紧迫的任务。对此,需明确谁来落实、落实什么、怎么落实等问题。基于这一分析框架,以30所高校788名教师作为研究对象,对高校心理育人的现状进行调查分析。结果显示:高校教师对心理育人的认识处于中等偏上水平,且在年龄、岗位类型、学校类型上均存在显著差异;高校心理育人完善举措处于中等偏上水平,且不同高校在落实心理育人的管理机制、运行机制、评价机制和保障机制等方面均存在显著差异。在此基础上,探讨了高校心理育人存在的问题及其原因,进而构建了提升高校心理育人成效的落实机制:加强心理育人队伍建设,创建全员心理育人格局;明晰心理育人时代内涵,深化育人内容同理同义;构建心理育人贯通体系,推动育人方式互联互通。 To improve the effectiveness of psychological education is an important and urgent task for colleges and universities under the background of ideological and political education of college students.In this regard,it is necessary to clarify the issues such as who will implement,what to implement,how to implement.Based on this analysis framework,788 teachers of 30 colleges and universities are investigated and analyzed on the status quo of psychological education in colleges and universities.The results show that college teachers’understanding of psychological education is above the middle level,and there are significant differences in age,post type and school type;the improvement of psychological education is above the middle level,and different colleges and universities have significant differences in the management mechanism,operation mechanism,evaluation mechanism and guarantee mechanism of psychological education.On this basis,it discusses the problems and the causes of psychological education in colleges and universities,and then constructs the implementation mechanism to improve the effect of psychological education in colleges and universities:to strengthen the construction of psychological education teams and create a pattern of psychological education for all employees,to clarify the connotation of the era of psychological education,to promote the same orientation of education content,to build the system of education resources,and to promote the interconnection of education methods.
