妊娠脉在中医脉诊中占有重要地位,历代医家对妊娠脉辨析有着丰富的经验,也是脉诊客观化研究中不可分割的一部分。妊娠脉象蕴含复杂多样的生理病理信息和客观的临床结局指标,是脉诊客观化研究重要的突破口。概述妊娠脉象的研究现状,从采集设备、临床方案、随访工作、分析方法等方面表述存在的问题和思考,以期为探索中医脉诊客观化提供新的思路。

In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) pulse diagnosis,the pregnancy pulse holds significant importance.Throughout history,TCM physicians have accumulated extensive experience in analyzing pregnancy pulses,making it an integral part of the research on pulse diagnosis objectification.The pregnancy pulse contains a wealth of complex physiological and pathological information as well as objective clinical outcome indicators,serving as a crucial breakthrough point for the objectification of pulse diagnosis.This paper reviewed the current situation of research on the pregnancy pulse and introduced issues and considerations in areas such as data collection equipment,clinical protocols,follow-up procedures,and analysis methods,aiming to provide new insights for the exploration of objectifying TCM pulse diagnosis.
