Surgical treatment of ovarian endometrioma in women of reproductive age.

卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿(ovarian endometrio⁃ma,OMA)是子宫内膜异位症(简称内异症)最常见的一种表现形式,占内异症的17%~44%。OMA常面临是否手术、何时手术以及如何手术三大临床问题。手术治疗OMA目的是消除异位病灶,为组织学评估提供足够的组织,并最大程度地保留正常卵巢组织。育龄期OMA患者手术需要临床医生根据实际情况作出决策。现有内异症指南的推荐标准和方法学质量存在较大差异。因此,针对育龄期的OMA手术相关问题还需要进行真正高水平、高质量的研究来提供更多证据。

Ovarian endometrioma(OMA)is one of the most common manifestation of endometriosis,ac⁃counting for approximately 17%-44%of cases.OMA is closely related to the quality of life and reproductive health of patients.The surgery of OMA often faces three major issues:whether,when and how to performsurgery.The purpose of OMA sugical treatment is to eliminate lessons,provide sufficent tissue for histological eval⁃uation,and preserve normal ovarion tissue to the greatest possible.This requires clinical doctors to make decisions based on actual situations.There are sig⁃nificant differences in the recommended standards and methodological quality of existing guidelines for en⁃dometriosis.Therefore,further high-level and highquality research is needed to provide more evidence for OMA in reproductive age.
