摘要
炼化企业多为连续生产装置,对供电可靠性要求较高,但电气设备故障、外电网电压波动以及误操作等多种因素均能导致晃电情况发生,影响装置安全平稳运行。通过在供电侧应用电源快速切换和不间断电源等装置,可减少电压波动;在用电侧对电动机、变频器等对电压波动较敏感的设备采取再启动、直流支撑等方式,可降低晃电产生的影响。
Almost all the plants in refinery and chemical enterprises are continuous production.They have higher requirement on the reliability of power supply.However electric facility failures,the voltage fluctuation from the outside net,and the maloperation etc.may lead to voltage sag,which impacts on the safe and stable operation of the plant.To avoid the voltage sag,we applied the power source quick shift device and UPS on the power supply side to relieve the voltage fluctuation.On the user side,some voltage sensitive devices,such as electric motor and transducer took the restart and DC support mode to reduce the influence of voltage sag.
