摘要
在健康中国战略背景下,为积极应对人口老龄化的挑战,培养新时代中医药健康养老高素质复合型人才成为中医药院校的重要任务。项目化教学以项目为主线重构教学设计,结合与真实世界紧密相关的主题,形成具体可实施的实战项目,是实现产教融合的有效途径之一。总结归纳项目化教学的基本思路,结合广州中医药大学养老机构管理与运营实务课程项目化教学实践,从中医药健康养老高素质复合人才的培养模式、项目化教学多维目标体系、项目化教学效果和反馈等方面进行了总结,并反思了项目化教学中面临的问题,为培养中医药健康养老高素质复合型人才提供了路径,也为中医药院校教学改革提供了有益参考。
In the context of“Healthy China”initiative,actively addressing the aging population and cultivating high-quality compound talents for Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)health care for the eldly in the new era is a crucial task for TCM colleges and universities.Project-based teaching,which focuses on project-oriented instruction and combines theory and the real-world applications,forms concrete and implementable curriculum projects.Using the project-based teaching practice of the“Management and operation practice in the Elderly Care Institutions”course at Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicineas an example,this paper summarizes the basic ideas of project-based teaching,the training mode for high-quality composite talents in TCM and elderly care,the multidimensional target system of project-based teaching,and evaluates the effect of project-based teaching.It also reflects on the challenges encountered in project-based teaching and offers a pathway for training high-quality compound talents in TCM health care for the elderly,providing a useful reference for teaching reform in TCM colleges and universities.
