Practice and thought on promoting high-quality construction of rivers and lakes'well-being in Yudu county

建设幸福河湖是强化河湖长制的重要支撑,是推进水利高质量发展的必然要求,也是回应人民对美好生活向往的最好体现。本文探讨了江西省于都县幸福河湖建设实践,总结了都县以河长制为抓手高质量推动幸福河湖建设成效,提出了新时期全面推进幸福河湖建设建议。

The comprehensive implementation of the river and lake chief system has entered to a new stage of the construction of rivers and lakes’well-being.Its construction is an important support to strengthen the river and lake chief system,the inevitable requirement to promote the high-quality development of water conservancy,and the best response to the people's yearning for a better life.From the perspective of grassroots water conservancy workers,this paper discusses the construction practice of rivers and lakes’well-being in Yudu county of Jiangxi province,introduces the experience and measures of promoting the high-quality construction of rivers and lakes’well-being with the help of river chief system,and finally puts forward suggestions based on the current situation.
