Research on Transportation Service Strategies for Urban Complex Development Projects under TOD Mode:Taking the TOD Complex Project at Lantian Road Station in Shanghai as an Example

随着TOD概念的兴起,TOD模式下的城市综合体开发项目逐渐成为建设热点。现以上海市蓝天路站TOD综合体项目为例,基于对TOD综合体交通出行特征的分析,从公交、慢行、机动车等多方式展开研究,提出了适应TOD综合体开发项目的交通服务策略,为今后类似建设项目的交通服务优化提供借鉴。

With the rise of the TOD concept,urban complex development projects under the TOD model have gradually become a construction hotspot.Taking the TOD complex project at Lantian Road Station in Shanghai as an example,based on an analysis of transportation characteristics of the TOD complex,research is conducted on various aspects including public transit,non-motorized transport,and motor vehicles.A transportation service strategy suitable for the TOD complex development project is proposed,providing reference for the optimization of transportation services in similar construction projects in the future.
