摘要
以浙江某330MW燃煤电厂为例,对湿式除渣系统的渣、水平衡进行统计,分析了常用水质、垢样成分,并提出通过增加除渣系统溢流的方式实现抑垢目的。结果表明:渣水溢流的方式可以有效缓解捞渣机内换热器结垢,达到抑垢的目的,避免换热器因换热效率下降影响锅炉效率。
In this paper,the slag and water balance,common water quality and scale sample composition of wet slag removal system of four 330MW units in a coal-fired power plant in Zhejiang were analyzed,and the purpose of scale inhibition was proposed by increasing the overflow of slag removal system.The results show that the overflowing of slag water is conducive to alleviate effectively the scaling of e heat exchanger in slag extractor,achieve the purpose of scale inhibition,and prevent the heat exchanger from affecting the boiler efficiency due to the decrease of heat exchange efficiency.
