高校数字思政的价值意蕴在于发挥数字技术的强大功能,以数字技术赋能思想政治教育,通过创设精准化、渗透式、浸润式的教育场景等方式,实现全员、全过程和全方位精准育人。在育人理念方面,高校思政育人主体对数字思政理念的认识不足,未能充分发挥数字技术在思政教育中的作用;在资源建设方面,高校数字思政教育资源的开发利用力度不足,限制了数字技术在思政教育中的应用;在协同建设方面,高校数字思政建设的规划和执行不到位,影响了数字思政建设的整体推进。造成这些问题的原因主要在于高校数字思政内容精品化建设不足、数字思政育人队伍建设存在短板、资源环境建设与数字化背景下的思政教育需求存在差距。为此,应大力推进数字思政教育内容精品化、提高数字思政育人队伍专业水平、优化数字思政资源环境,从而提高数字技术在高校思政教育中的应用水平,推动高校思政教育高质量发展。

The value implication of digital ideology and politics in colleges and universities lies in giving full play to the powerful function of digital technology,realizing precise talent cultivation by parties and means in the whole-process,by empowering ideological and political education with digital technology and creating precise,penetrating and immersive educational scenarios.In terms of the concept of educating people,the main body of ideological and political education in colleges and universities has insufficient understanding of the concept of digital ideology,and fails to give full play to the role of digital technology in ideological and political education.In terms of resource construction,the development and utilization of digital ideological and political education resources in colleges and universities is insufficient,which restricts the application of digital technology in ideological and political education.In terms of collaborative construction,the planning and implementation of digital ideological and political construction in colleges and universities are not in place,which affects the overall advancement of digital ideological and political construction.The main reasons for these problems lie in the lack of the construction of high-quality digital ideological and political content in colleges and universities,the shortcomings in the construction of digital ideological and political staff,and the gap between the resource environment and the demands for ideological and political education under the background of digitization.Therefore,it is necessary to vigorously promote the quality of digital ideological and political education content,improve the professional level of the teaching staff of digital ideological and political education,optimize the resource environment of digital ideological and political education,so as to improve the application level of digital technology in ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and to promote the high-quality development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
