中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月-2023年1月连江县中医院收治的60例糖尿病周围神经病变患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组及观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组除常规西医治疗外加用中药足浴及中频脉冲治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后血糖指标和神经传导速度。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(90.00%vs 80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.151,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,观察组空腹血糖(6.54±2.05)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(7.67±1.07)mmol/L水平均低于对照组的(7.84±2.17)、(8.04±1.18)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=7.124、7.351,P均<0.05)。治疗前,两组神经传导速度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组感觉神经传导和运动神经传导速度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗相比传统西医治疗,能够进一步提高对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and Western Medicine on diabetic pe-ripheral neuropathy.Methods Sixty patients with diabeyic peripheral neuropathy admitted to Lianjiang County Hospi-tal of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine foot bath and medium frequency pulse based on conventional Western medicin treatment.The thera-peutic effect,blood glucose index and nerve conduction velocity were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(90.00%vs 80.00%),and the dif-ference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.151,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose indexes between the two groups(both P>0.05).After treatment,fasting blood glucose(6.54±2.05)mmol/L and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(7.67±1.07)mmol/L in the observa-tion group were lower than those in the control group(7.84±2.17)mmol/L and(8.04±1.18)mmol/L,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.124,7.351,both P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in nerve conduction velocity between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the sensory nerve conduction and motor nerve conduction velocities in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional Western medicine,the combination of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine can further improve the therapeutic effect on diabetic peripheral neuropa-thy.
