无创呼吸机治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭的临床疗效观察

摘要 目的:观察无创呼吸机治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选择2022年7月~2023年7月入院治疗的新生儿呼吸衰竭患儿180例。依照随机数字表法对纳入患儿平均分组,即对比组与分析组,各90例患儿。对比组使用加温加湿高流量鼻导管吸氧治疗,分析组使用无创呼吸机治疗。对两组的血气指标水平、器械通气时间、发绀消失时间、住院时间、新生儿存活率、并发症发生情况进行对照分析。结果:在治疗前,两组血气指标水平对比不存在统计学差异(P>0.05)。在治疗后,分析组的血气指标水平优于对比组(P<0.05);分析组的器械通气时间、发绀消失时间、住院时间均短于对比组(P<0.05);分析组的新生儿存活率略高于对比组,但不存在统计学差异(P>0.05);分析组的并发症发生情况少于对比组(P<0.05)。结论:在为新生儿呼吸衰竭患儿治疗时,使用无创呼吸机治疗能够调节患儿血气指标,缩短器械通气时间,加快发绀现象消失,提高新生儿存活率,减少并发症情况。 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of neonatal respiratory failure.Methods:A total of 180 newborns with respiratory failure were admitted for treatment between July 2022 and July 2023.According to the random number table method,the included children were divided into two groups,namely the control group and the analysis group,with 90 children in each group.Control group:treated with heated and humidified high flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy,analysis group:treated with non-invasive ventilation.Compare and analyze the blood gas index levels,instrument ventilation time,cyanosis disappearance time,hospital stay,neonatal survival rate,and incidence of complications between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood gas index levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood gas index levels in the analysis group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The instrument ventilation time,cyanosis disappearance time,and hospitalization time of the analysis group were all shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);The survival rate of newborns in the analysis group was slightly higher than that in the control group,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05);The incidence of complications in the analysis group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:When treating neonatal respiratory failure,the use of non-invasive ventilators can regulate blood gas indicators,shorten instrument ventilation time,accelerate the disappearance of cyanosis,improve neonatal survival rate,reduce complications.
