摘要
海上油气生产中,普遍采用重力自动加注和启泵加注方式加注化学药剂,加注过程工序繁多,自动化程度低,且存在药剂中毒风险。该文创新设计一种自动加注系统,利用药剂储罐液位联锁功能控制加注系统启停,通过电磁阀以及多路控制阀协同操作实现无人为干预下化学药剂自动加注,同时根据需求设计自清洗功能,满足自动、安全、高效的化学药剂加注的使用需求,在海上生产设施具有广泛推广价值。
Two schemes are adopted for chemical agents filling at offshore oil and gas facilties,flow by gravity filling and booster pump filling.The filling process is complex,with low automation and a risk of drug poisoning.This paper provides a new system for chemical agents filling,the process star-up and stop automatically when received signal from chemical tank level sensor,and with the use of solenoid valve,every specific flowline can be open or closed to complete the filling and cleaning process.This system make the chemical filling and cleaning process more safe,more efficient and more intelligent.In view of special advantages,this system can be widely used at offshore facility.
