民办高校“双驱四融”应用型人才培养探索与实践

摘要 人才培养涉及内容繁多,是一个复杂且庞大的工程,尤其是作为基础工程的素质和能力培养,在整个人才培养过程中具有举足轻重的作用。以民办高校土木工程专业为例,构建了以学生发展为中心,理论实践联合驱动,专思、专创、校企、赛教相互融合的“双驱四融”应用型人才培养模式,并提出“8341”多方协同、课程思政贯穿始终的应用型人才培养课程体系,以期为区域经济发展输送大批拥有扎实理论知识、卓越实践能力、良好职业素养的应用型人才,确保人才需求侧与培养侧有效衔接,打造人才输出良性循环。 Talent training,involving a variety of contents,is a complex and huge project.Quality and ability training,especially as a basic project,plays an important role in the whole process of talent training.Taking civil engineering major in a non-government college as an example,this paper constructs a“double-drive and four integration”applied talent training model,which focuses on students’development,jointly driven by theory and practice,and integrates major,thinking,innovation,school-enterprise and competition.This paper proposes a“8341”training curriculum system with multi-party cooperation and curriculum ideology and politics throughout in order to provide a large number of applied talents with solid theoretical knowledge,excellent practical ability and good professional quality for regional economic development.This training model can ensure the effective connection between talent demand and training,and create a virtuous cycle of talent output.
