应用型高校“新四化”车辆工程专业升级改造探索

Exploration of the Upgrading for Vehicle Engineering Specialty Base on New Four Modernization in Application-Oriented Universities

汽车行业的“新四化”(电动化、智能化、网联化及共享化)发展迅速,要求车辆工程专业人才培养规格对接汽车产业发展,突破传统工程思维模式,打破“学科壁垒”,交叉融合,融入产业。以应用型高校现有车辆工程专业体系为出发点,从传统车辆工程专业面向“新四化”改造存在的问题入手,结合工程认证要求和产教融合教学理念,探索专业培养目标体系、理论与实践教学体系和师资与教学模式体系的“新四化”升级改造的方法,形成并实践了新工科教育理念下车辆工程专业人才培养体系与模式。对新形势下车辆工程专业建设,特别是应用型本科高校相关专业升级改造具有一定的指导意义。

With development of the Electrification,Intelligence,Internet connection and sharing(the New Four Modernization)for vehicles,the training of vehicle engineering is required to match the trends.So the traditional engineering thinking mode and the“subject’s barrier”should be broken,and the training should be integrated into the automotive industry.Starting from the existing specialized subject system of vehicle engineering in application-oriented universities,we analyzed the problems existing in the transformation of the traditional vehicle engineering specialty towards the“New Four Modernizations”.Combining with the requirements of engineering certification and the teaching concept of integration of production and teaching,this paper explores the methods of upgrading the“New Four Modernizations”of the professional training objective system,the theoretical and practical teaching system,the teacher training system and teaching model system forms and practices the talent training system and mode of vehicle engineering specialty under the new engineering education concept.It has contained guiding significance for the construction of vehicle engineering specialty in the new situation,especially for the upgrading and transformation of relevant specialties in application-oriented undergraduate universities.
