汽车发动机主动降噪系统设计研究

摘要 传统的汽车降噪方式往往是被动降噪,使用更加静音的轮胎、动力源,安装隔音材料等等,主动降噪是比较新兴的降噪方式。设计了一款成本较低且后装配、易于拆装和加装的主动降噪设备。利用主动降噪技术(ANC)与原理以及现有的设备,使设计更具备可行性。主动降噪设备主要由2个部分组成。收声设备使用了MEMS传声器,MEMS传声器体积小、耐高温高压且成本较低,而放音设备使用了亮声的一款耐高温防水扬声器。 Traditional methods of noise reduction in cars tend to be passive,using quieter tyres,power sources,installing soundproofing materials etc.Active noise reduction is a relatively new approach to noise reduction.An active noise reduction device was designed,which was low cost and rear-assembled,easy to remove and retrofit.By using active noise reduction technology(ANC)and principles and existing equipment,the design was made more feasible for implementation.The active noise cancellation device consisted of two main components.The acoustic receiver used a MEMS microphone,which was small,high temperature and high pressure resistant and low cost,while the acoustic amplifier used a high temperature and waterproof speaker from Bright Sound.
