摘要
聚苯胺复合材料近年来成为导电高分子材料研究的热点。海绵作为基体,通过聚合法制备出了聚苯胺海绵复合材料。利用红外光谱分析证明复合材料制备成功。通过延长沉积时间和反复沉积聚合聚苯胺/海绵复合材料,通过SEM表征,发现聚苯胺在海绵上生长。在其他参数不变的情况下,随着聚苯胺聚合时间的延长或沉积次数的增多,海绵中聚苯胺生长越多,进而提升了聚苯胺/海绵复合材料的导电性能。
Polyaniline composite materials have been a research hotspot in conductive polymer materials in recent years.This article describes the preparation of polyaniline sponge composite materials using a sponge matrix and a polymerization method.The successful preparation of the composite materials was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy analysis.By increasing the deposition time and repeatedly depositing polyaniline/sponge composite materials,SEM characterization revealed that polyaniline grows on the sponge.Under the same other parameters,with the extension of polyaniline polymerization time or the increase of deposition times,the more polyaniline grows in the sponge,the better the conductivity of polyaniline/sponge composite materials.
