摘要
根据界面剪切理论,窄间隙注替过程中环空压耗较大,对固井施工防漏、候凝过程的环空憋压防窜带来了技术难题。运用数值模拟求解方法,研究分析窄间隙条件下套管居中度低对固井的影响,提出了固井的技术措施。应用表明,试验井固井质量优质率大于90%,无气窜和环空带压现象。该研究为提升石油行业固井质量和效率提供了参考。
Based on the interface shear theory,the narrow annulus displacement process results in significant annular pressure loss,posing substantial technical challenges to leak prevention during cementing operations and pressure holding in the annulus during the waiting-on-cement period.Utilizing numerical simulation methods,this study analyzes the impact of low casing centralization under narrow annulus conditions on cementing and proposes technical measures to prevent channelling.Application results indicate that the cementing quality rate of the test well exceeds 90%,with no gas migration or annular pressure issues.This study provides a reference for improving cementing quality and efficiency in the oil industry.
