中国制造业数字化与绿色化融合协同发展测度及演化分析 被引量:2

Measurement and Evolution Analysis of the Integration and Coordinated Development of Digitalization and Greenization in China’s Manufacturing Industry

摘要 本文利用改进距离协同模型测度中国2011—2021年制造业数字化与绿色化融合协同发展水平,并借助空间收敛模型分析制造业数字化与绿色化融合协同发展的演化特征和区域差异。研究发现:中国制造业数字化与绿色化融合协同水平整体表现出上升态势,从初步融合协同阶段跃迁至良好融合协同阶段,但协同水平高于发展水平,依然具有较大发展空间。四大区域制造业数字化与绿色化融合协同发展水平存在差异,其中东部地区的发展势头较为强劲,中部、西部地区呈现波动起伏的发展态势,东北地区的波动幅度最大。多数省份制造业数字化与绿色化融合协同水平表现出持续上升的稳态发展趋势,但各地区省份差异显著,其中东部地区省份发展优势明显,中部省份次之,西部和东北省份则并不均衡。全国以及四大区域的制造业数字化与绿色化融合协同发展均具有空间收敛性。基于上述研究结论,提出提高资源配置效率、加大政策支持力度、塑造差异化区域发展优势等建议,以合力推动制造业数字化与绿色化融合协同发展。 This paper uses the improved distance synergy model to measure the level of integration and coordinated development of digitization and greenization of the manufacturing industry in China from 2011 to 2021,utilizes the spatial convergence model to analyze the evolution characteristics and regional differences of integration and coordinated development of digitization and greenization of the manufacturing industry.The study found that the integration and coordinated development of digitization and greenization in China’s manufacturing industry showed an overall upward trend,jumping from the initial integration and coordinated stage to the good integration and coordinated stage,but the coordinated level is higher than the development level,and there is still a large space for development.There are differences in the level of the integration and coordinated development of digitization and greenization of the manufacturing industry in the four regions,among which the development momentum of the eastern region is relatively strong,the central region and western region show fluctuating development trends,and the northeast region has the largest fluctuation.The level of the integration and coordinated development of digitization and greenization of the manufacturing industry in most provinces shows a steady trend of continuous rise,but there are significant differences among provinces in different regions,among which the development advantages of eastern provinces are obvious,followed by central provinces,and western and northeastern provinces are not balanced.The integration and coordinated development of digitization and greenization in the manufacturing industry across the country and four major regions have spatial convergence.Based on the above research conclusions,suggestions are put forward to improve the efficiency of resource allocation,increase policy support,and shape differentiated regional development advantages,to jointly promote the integration and coordinated development of digitization and greenization of the manufacturing industry.
