In intelligent communication activities, various human subjects and intelligent technologies form a new network of actors together. In the interaction with intelligent technology, human actors are also undergoing changes in the aspects of roles, modes, mechanisms of action and discourse power.Ordinary individuals have become communication units that integrate with machines. They are not only the cyborgs of human-machine integration, but also enhanced content producers and leaders of humanmachine communication. At the same time, they play as learning objects and trainers of machines. They also become new rights holders in intelligent applications.Developers of various intelligent technologies are the core shapers of machines, not only determining the behavior patterns of machines, but also dominating their values. They should also be the main defenders of machine risks.Platform operators are not only agents and filters of machines, but also new centers of power under the support of machines, and adjusters of machine risks.Professional content producers such as media are facing a situation where their discourse power is constantly being weakened. They need to protect human conception of values and human values through role repositioning and professional reshaping.
