层次化健康指导对子宫内膜癌放疗患者自我管理的影响

Effect of hierarchical health guidance on self-management of patients with endometrial carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy

目的探讨层次化健康指导对子宫内膜癌(EC)放疗患者自我管理的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年6月赣南医学院第一附属医院收治的68例EC放疗为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(34例)、研究组(34例)。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用层次化健康指导。比较两组患者护理前后的自我管理能力、生活质量。结果护理前,两组患者的自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)、欧洲癌症研究治疗组织癌症患者生存质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,研究组的各维度ESCA评分与各方面EORTC QLQ-C30评分均高于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论予以EC放疗患者层次化健康指导可提升患者自我管理能力,提高其生活质量,可推广实施。

Objective To explore the effect of hierarchical health guidance on self-management of patients with endometrial carcinoma(EC)undergoing radiotherapy.Methods A total of 68 patients with EC undergoing radiotherapy admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(34 cases)and study group(34 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given hierarchical health guidance.The self-management ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results Before nursing,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of exercise of self-care agency(ESCA)and European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire(EORTC QLQ-C30)of the patients between two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of all dimensions of ESCA and all aspects of EORTC QLQ-C30 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hierarchical health guidance for EC radiotherapy patients can improve patients'self-management ability,improve their quality of life,and can be popularized and implemented.
