延续性护理联合同伴教育在老年高血压患者中的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨延续性护理联合同伴教育对老年高血压患者的作用。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月萍乡矿业集团有限责任公司总医院收治的老年高血压患者70例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例。对照组实行延续性护理,观察组在延续性护理基础上采取同伴教育,两组均持续护理观察4周。比较两组患者的疾病知识掌握程度、自我护理能力和生活质量。结果观察组护理后的疾病知识掌握程度中发病原因、疾病症状、药物治疗、日常护理评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后的自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分中自我责任感、自我护理技能、健康知识水平、自我护理概念各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后的生存质量评分量表(QLQ-C30)评分中身体功能、情绪功能、认知功能、角色功能、社会功能各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理联合同伴教育可提升老年高血压患者对疾病知识的掌握,进一步增强患者自我护理能力,提高患者的生活质量。 Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing combined with peer education on elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with hypertension admitted to the General Hospital of Pingxiang Mining Group Co.,Ltd.from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given continuous nursing,and the observation group was given peer education on the basis of continuous nursing.Both groups were observed for 4 weeks.The mastery of disease knowledge,self-care ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of disease cause,disease symptoms,drug treatment and daily care in the disease knowledge mastery of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-responsibility,self-care skills,health knowledge and self-care concept in the exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physical function,emotional function,cognitive function,role function and social function in the quality of life questionnaire(QLQ-C30)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing combined with peer education can improve the old patients with hypertension mastery of disease knowledge,further enhance the patients'self-care ability,improve the quality of life of the patients.
