摘要
液压制动系统作为汽车安全性能的核心控制模块,对汽车安全运行起到关键作用。液压制动系统具有良好稳定性、维护方便和制动效果好的特点,有助于保证行车安全,增强驾驶舒适度,延长汽车使用寿命。而液压制动系统也容易出现系统失灵、跑偏和拖滞等故障。本文以汽车液压制动系统为研究对象,通过分析液压制动系统的组成部分、优势、运用原理,从布局、技术和材料三个方面提出液压制动系统的优化策略,以期为相关汽车液压制动系统的研究提供理论参考,并使汽车安全性得到进一步提高。
As the core control module of automobile safety performance,hydraulic braking system plays a key role in the safe operation of automobiles.The hydraulic braking system has the characteristics of good stability,convenient maintenance and good braking effect,which helps to ensure driving safety,enhance driving comfort and prolong the service life of the car.Hydraulic braking systems are also prone to failures such as system failure,mistracking and dragging.This paper takes the automotive hydraulic braking system as the research object,analyzes the components,advantages,and application principles of the hydraulic braking system,and proposes the optimization strategy of the hydraulic braking system from three aspects:layout,technology,and materials,to provide a theoretical reference for the research of related automotive hydraulic braking system and further improve the safety of automobiles.
