高速公路SMA沥青混凝土路面施工技术分析

Analysis of Construction Technology of SMA Asphalt Concrete Pavement on Expressway

为提升高速公路的耐久性,保证其施工质量,以某地区的高速公路为例,研究SMA沥青混凝土路面施工技术。通过原材料选择以及配合比设计后,制备SMA沥青混合料,并进行SMA沥青混凝土路面施工。在施工过程中,严格控制混合料以及施工等阶段的温度,以此保证高速公路SMA沥青混凝土路面施工效果。试验结果表明:该施工技术能够保证路面的施工质量,防水性较好,相对变形结果均低于2.5%,满足施工标准。

In order to improve the durability of expressway and ensure its construction quality,the construction technology of SMA asphalt concrete pavement was studied by taking expressway in a certain area as an example.After the selection of raw materials and the design of the mix ratio,the SMA asphalt mixture was prepared and the SMA asphalt concrete pavement was constructed.During the construction process,the temperature of the mixture and the construction stage was strictly controlled to ensure the construction effect of the expressway SMA asphalt concrete pavement.The test results show that the construction technology can guarantee the construction quality of the road surface and the water resistance is good.The relative deformation results are lower than 2.5%,which meets the construction standard.
