报废凝油剂在含油污水处理上的应用

摘要 我国凝油剂库存积压严重,当前以焚烧为主的处置方式造成资源浪费严重。本文利用报废凝油剂作为絮凝剂处理含油污水,可实现凝油剂的再利用,减少焚烧带来的污染。研究表明,凝油剂虽经超期储存,但其化学性质依然稳定,无明显变质;粒径虽变大但粉体未发生板结。将报废凝油剂用于含油污水絮凝除油,发现在含油污水体系中,凝油剂对油滴界面张力的降低和Zeta电位的中和作用不明显。这主要是凝油剂的长烷基侧链、铝-氧配位键与油滴亲和起到了絮凝作用。为了进一步提高凝油剂的除油效率,通过添加阳离子破乳剂组成复合絮凝剂,并对配比进行优化,有效降低了复合絮凝剂使用量,除油效率达到90%以上。 The inventory of oil coagulants in our country is severely overstocked,and the current disposal method,which is mainly based on incineration,causes significant waste of resources.In this article,discarded oil coagulants were used as flocculants to treat oily wastewater,which could achieve the reuse of oil coagulants and reduce the pollution caused by incineration treatment.Researches showed that although the oil coagulants were stored for an extended period of time,their chemical properties were still stable without significant degradation.Besides,there was no powder hardening despite the fact that the particle size increased.The study on the use of scrapped oil coagulants for flocculation and oil removal in oily wastewater found that the oil coagulants did not significantly reduce the interfacial tension of oil droplets or neutralize the zeta potential in oily wastewater systems.The main flocculation effect was due to the long alkyl side chains and aluminum oxygen coordination bonds of the oil coagulants and their affinity for oil droplets.To further improve the oil removal efficiency of the coagulant,a composite flocculant was formed by adding cationic demulsifiers and optimizing the ratio,effectively reducing the dosage of the composite flocculant and achieving an oil removal efficiency of over 90%.
