立德树人视域下影子教育的缺位、定位与补位

摘要 作为“学校教育的补充”的影子教育已发展为教育体系的重要组成部分。影子教育以“资本逻辑”为底色与立德树人的“育人逻辑”相矛盾,被视为立德树人的阻碍者、应试教育的助推者、教育改革的逃避者、学生成长的限制者。需要深刻剖析影子教育在立德树人根本任务下的缺位,准确定位影子教育在教育生态系统中的优势与可能贡献,打通“育人逻辑”在影子教育中的断头路。由此提出家庭、机构、政府、行业、社区等影子教育场域中的关涉方参与立德树人的可能路径,补正原有影子教育治理研究的单一维度,延展立德树人的覆盖面,以期为影子教育研究提供新视角,助推立德树人任务的完成。 As a“supplement to school education”,shadow education has developed into an important part of the education system.The“capital logic”of shadow education contradicts the“education logic”of strengthen moral education and cultivate people,and is regarded as a hindrance to Lide education,a booster of exam-oriented education,an evader of education reform,and a restrictor of students’growth.It is necessary to deeply analyze the absence of shadow education under the fundamental task of strengthen moral education and cultivate people,and accurately position the advantages and possible contributions of shadow education in the education ecosystem.Open up the“education logic”in the shadow education dead end.Therefrom this paper proposes possible ways for stakeholders in shadow education fields such as families,institutions,governments,industries,and communities to participate in the study of shadow education governance,to supplement the single dimension of the original study of shadow education governance,and to extend the coverage of strengthen moral education and cultivate people,in order to provide a new perspective for shadow education research,promote the completion of the task of strengthen moral education and cultivate people.
